Thank you for your interest in joining us at Omline. It's great to have you here.
My aim with these meditation and mindfulness classes is to bring some calm to your anxiety, some much needed inner stillness to the hectic mind, and some time with each other online.
OMLINE Classes and Times
Our sessions will run for around half an hour. We'll meet up, I'll do a quick intro and then take you through a guided meditation for twenty minutes or so.
I'm putting Omline together as I go, and there'll be a calendar up and running soon. But for now, to keep it simple, I'm posting the simplest of links for the first full week of Omline Meditations.
OMLINE Week One will run:

A NOTE FOR USA READERS
If you're joining us from the USA, you're on the other side of the international dateline to me in Australia. That means your classes are running:
Sunday 29th of March to Thursday the 3rd of April

If you're new to Zoom, when you click the link you'll be taken through a simple setup/install which will involve you opening a file that Zoom will send to your desktop. double click that, let it run and then you'll be taken straight to our meeting room.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
Please, if you can, have a pen and paper handy. There'll be space at the end of the meditation for journaling. Meditation journals are handy things and it's good to write whatever's in your head after we've sat together. One of my teachers says it's better to burden the page, not the mind.
