WHAT'S OMLINE?

In these crazy times where, so many people are feeling scared, stressed and isolated. Omline is a place where we can come together online and share live guided mediations to help you stay calm and (virtually) come together.

 

Drawing from Zen and Insight traditions, the sessions will help you relax mentally, emotionally and physically and hopefully give you some tools to help you have an experience of calm and compassion for yourself and other people throughout your day.

We'll keep you updated on session times and send through links to join our virtual sessions.

 

We will schedule our sessions to cater to as many people, schedules and timezones as we can, to maximise the mindfulness.

OMLINE SESSIONS

 

OMLINE sessions will take the form of a 20 or so minute meditation with the space for discussion/questions afterwards so the whole experience will run a little over 30 minutes.

There’s no need for any sort of previous meditation experience. All you need is some curiosity about meditation and how it might help you. We aim to help you take a breath, and deal with the stresses and anxieties of what’s going on at the moment.
 

I’ll also post recordings of the sessions when and where I can. Omline is a one-person show at the moment, so I’ll get the files up when I can so you can practice any time.

DONATIONS

If you still have an income and can afford a donation to cover cost of Omline running sessions, I’d really appreciate it.

If you’re one of the many whose job/industry/income has shut down entirely, don’t worry about it - just show up. The main point is to give people a chance to come together.

If you can, a few dollars, the price of a coffee or two, would be great. If you can afford more, that’s fantastic. If you can afford to donate regularly, that would free up more resources for more sessions and maybe expanding events as we go on.

ABOUT CRAIG

I wear many hats. I’m a meditation teacher, corporate and creative coach, teacher and facilitator and I’ve also trained as a psychotherapist. I am also a writer and filmmaker. What connects my many interests is fostering deep human connection, whether it is through self discovery, mindfulness or storytelling.

 

My meditation practice started in retreat with Thich Nhat Hahn and the community at Plum Village, France, followed by many more retreats in the Plum Village tradition and time spent as a resident at the Zen Centre of Los Angeles. I’ve also studied with UK Zen master Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi in his Teacher Training Program and teach programs accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
